A quick and simple recipe for tofu curry with the addition of babanas.
Components
–a cube of tofu
– oil for frying
– pepper
– large onion
– can of coconut milk
– medium banana
– a handful of raisins
– chilli pepper
– half a lemon
– spices (curry mix, pepper, salt, granulated garlic, turmeric)
– coriander or soup
– rice
Dice the tofu into thick cubes and fried on all sides. Put it back in a bowl. Cut the onion into feathers and the bell pepper into thin strips and fry. Put it back in a bowl. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add spices and fry it for about a minute, stirring constantly – the spices then release their flavor and aroma (be careful that the mixture does not burn). Add coconut milk, fried tofu, onion and pepper, sliced banana, a handful of raisins and chopped chilli pepper. Sprinkle it all with the juice of half a lemon. Stew a few minutes until thickened. Serve with rice, sprinkled with your favorite herb.
